WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
SPECIAL HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
Purchase starting now until December 25, 2016 and you have until January 9, 2016 for full refund or exchange.
We hope that you feel warm and fuzzy about your purchase from Smash + Tess and are strutting around your home right now rocking your favorite look! However, if you would like to return an item, please notify us via email and be sure to fill out the return portion of the packing slip along with your item(s).
You have 15 days after receiving your shipment to have it back in Smash + Tess’ hands. All returns MUST be in 100% new condition, unworn with all the original tags in place. Also – please ensure that you ship the item(s) back in its original Smash + Tess PJ bag. Please ensure that the clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. Once we have received your return item, we will then either exchange it or refund your credit card for the charges. Please note, Smash + Tess is not responsible for the shipping charges.

How much does Shipping cost?
Hey there! We hope to be big enough one day to cover the cost of shipping, but alas – we are just not there yet! Shipping will be calculated based on the shipping distance and size of package.
