SHIPPING

All orders with with a shipping address in North America, will receive FREE standard shipping regardless of your package size! For priority services and all International orders - shipping will be calculated based on the shipping distance and size of package.

Heads up! Shipping time does not include processing time and your order will be sent out when all items are available! If one item is pre-ordered, we will ship out once all of your cart is good to go!

A note about International orders using Small Packet International Air:

Whilst this service is very economical, it does not offer tracking or insurance information so please be aware that it may take up to 84 Business Days for delivery. We therefore encourage you to select Tracked Packet or Xpress Post if possible as you will receive your purchase a lot sooner.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Duties and taxes vary upon country. If you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges once the package has arrived in the destination country. 

ROUTE+ PACKAGE PROTECTION

We offer an optional insurance coverage for your package called Route+. When you purchase coverage for your package, you will be insured if the package is lost, damaged or stolen! , learn more about it HERE


OUR RETURNS POLICY

Purchases made between November 1 - December 17, 2020, will be eligible for an extended return policy and will have until January 15, 2021 for returns and exchanges. Learn more here

All items reduced in price by 50% or higher are final sale - we will not offer any refund or exchanges on that particular product. Once it's yours, it's yours! Read more about our sale terms here.

You have 30 days after your item is shipped to have it back in Smash + Tess’ hands. Please note, Smash + Tess is not responsible for the shipping charges, either on the initial delivery or return.

All returns MUST be in 100% new condition, unworn with all the original tags in place.

TO PROCESS A RETURN:

If you would like to return an item, gather your order number and postal code then submit your request using our returns portal here. Once you submit your request, you will be provided with a returns address to send your parcel to. 

Please indicate the type of merchandise as RETURNED GOODS when completing the customs declaration.

Once we have received your return item, we will then either refund your credit card or issue you with a store credit gift card for the charges within 7 business days. 

TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE:

Please use the packing slip included in your parcel and provide details of your exchange request. Please ensure that the clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. 

Once we have received your exchange item, we will process your exchange within 7 business days.
