**Please note that due to the Canada Post strike, we will be using alternative shipping carriers to avoid any delays with your order. If your order address is a rural route or PO Box, please use an alternate shipping address. Thank you for your understanding.**

Your order will ship 3-9 business days after purchase unless otherwise stated. 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINE

  • Orders within BC: December 16, 2025
  • Rest of Canada: December 5, 2025
  • USA Orders: December 15, 2025

These dates are for standard shipping options. Express shipping is available for an additional fee.

CANADA: Free standard shipping applies to orders over $99, before tax and after discounts. A $15 flat-rate shipping fee applies to orders $99 and under.

INTERNATIONAL: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on service selected, distance, and size of package. We offer Small Packet International shipping as a low-cost option, however, please note that this method is untracked, uninsured, and can take up to 84 business days for delivery! 

Heads up! The shipping time calculated at checkout does not include processing or pre-order times, which can vary depending on the items in your order. Please refer to your cart or your order confirmation page for updated processing and pre-order times. 

Smash + Tess is not responsible for incorrectly delivered, lost, or stolen packages, or orders sent to an incorrect shipping address that was confirmed at checkout. Our Customer Care team will still try their best to support in these situations, but we are not able to offer refunds or replacements unless a shipment is deemed lost by the carrier.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

We ship from our Warehouse in Richmond, BC, Canada. Duties and taxes vary by country; any duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer once the order arrives in its destination country.

USA CUSTOMERS: Due to the end of the de minimis exemption and new tariffs, shoppers will be charged duties/tariffs when your order is delivered. *This is not a Smash + Tess charge.

RETURN POLICY

We’re pleased to offer easy returns and exchanges using our online return portal. All returns must be in new, unworn condition with the original tags attached!

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Any eligible* purchases made between November 15, 2025 and December 24, 2025 will be eligible for refund or exchange until January 10, 2026. Regular restocking fees apply.

*Items 30-49% off are eligible for exchange or credit only. Items discounted 50% or more are Final Sale.

CANADA + USA: You have 30 days after your order is shipped to request an exchange or return for store credit, and 14 days after your order is shipped to request a refund to your original payment method. A $10 restocking fee applies to all refund requests and will be deducted from your refund total once processed. Please refer to the return confirmation email for all additional return info – you'll receive it once your return request has been confirmed! 

INTERNATIONAL: You have 30 days after your order is shipped to request a return or size exchange on all eligible orders. Please refer to the return confirmation email for all additional return info – you'll receive it once your return request has been confirmed! 

ALL: Exchanges are requests based on available inventory at the time your return is processed at our Warehouse! If an item requested as an exchange is out-of-stock, our Customer Care team will connect with you to process your return for a refund or store credit. 

Any items discounted 50% or greater are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange; once it’s yours, it’s yours!  

Any items discounted between 30% and 49% are eligible to be exchanged or returned for store credit up to 30 days after your order is shipped. 

If an item is discounted less than 50% off, but still marked as final sale, it is not eligible for any returns or exchanges.

All accessories - socks, hair bows/clips, hats, etc., are final sale.

If an order is placed with a bundled discount code, the items are exchange or credit only.
