The 2022 International Women’s Day theme is #BreakTheBias, which aims to forge women’s equality by committing to call out bias and stereotypes. We’ll be carrying this message forward throughout the week of International Women’s Day with a #SmashTheBias Instagram Story series that focuses on women in the #SmashTessFam who are positive role models.
In addition, as a part of our commitment to honouring women and future generations, we will be making a $10,000 donation to Girl Up, a movement dedicated to advancing girls’ skills, rights and leadership opportunities. Our CEO, Ashley Freeborn will also be featured in Barbie’s “You Can Be Anything” series, a campaign that will highlight inspirational female leaders from diverse industries and backgrounds.
